From the Medical Director: The Residence at Bay Cove is the new standard in Assisted Living on the Gulf Coast. It is the only Assisted Living Facility that is co-owned and operated by a local Physician. Every resident can expect the individualized care and service to meet their specific needs. The care plan for each resident is overseen by the Physician. Each resident's medical history is reviewed by the Physician prior to moving into their unit. Bay Cove residents care plan is then reviewed routinely at interdisciplinary team meetings involving the Physician, Nursing, Dietary, Resident Care Administrators, and Management. Residents at Bay Cove will continue to be followed by their Primary Care Physician, but have the peace of mind knowing that their plan of care involving their health and well being while at Bay Cove will be overseen by the Physician Director of the facility.
